The purpose of the study was to find out how Good Governance Principles in Village Fund Padang Capo Ulu Village, Lubuk Sandi District, Seluma Regency. research method uses a qualitative description approach. Research data sourced from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, field observations, photo documentation. principles this are seen indicators participation, transparency accountability. results indicate that 3 good governance management have been running accordance with mandate legislation. conclusion is village funds has going well, deliberation discuss funds.
